Stuffing

Can be doubled. For a doubled recipe, use one 24 oz loaf of bread. Also may use chicken broth in place of some of the butter.

  1. Cook onion and celery and margarine until onion is tender. Stir in 1/2 of the bread crumbs. Dump into a bowl, add everything else and mix.
  2. If not stuffing turkey, put stuffing in casserole, drizzel about 1/2 c chicken stock on top, cover and bake for around 30 min at 350 degrees. If you want the top crunchy, remove aluminum foil and cook a little longer.
