Running 20+ miles a week, *** steadily improving currently using Hal Higdon's 10k Intermediate plan (google it)

4/26 10k Race time 58:08 & 6/1 5k Race time 25:26

Past Projects

1. Quit job without another one lined up

2. Traveled the world with a backpack, moved to a new city without a job, found a job, all in just a few months in that order

3. Stronglifts 5x5 (currently at 315 squat, 225 bench, 145 ohp, 165 row, and 405 deadlift all 5x5 except DL was 1x5) *** Retired lifting for now, I want to see how far I can push myself running ***
