Cole Slaw Dressing

Inexpensive and easy to take on a picnic. Add some crumbled blue cheese and/or crumbled bacon--sublime!

Ingredients

• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/4 c vinegar
• 2 bags shredded cabbage or one large cabbage

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and add shredded cabbage to the dressing.
2. Halve this recipe for a regular size cabbage head.
3. This whole recipe is perfect for two 1 pound bags of already shredded cabbage.
