Cheesy Potatoes and Hot Dogs
All children love this. And so do the adults!
Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes
- 2 c milk
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 1 t salt
- pepper
- cheese, 2 cups grated
- 1 lb hot dogs, sliced about half an inch wide
Instructions
- Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Boil until just tender
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk and stir until it thickens.
- Add cheese and stir until melted
- Place potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Put sliced hot dogs on top.
- Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
