Cheesy Potatoes and Hot Dogs

All children love this. And so do the adults!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Boil until just tender
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk and stir until it thickens.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted
  4. Place potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Put sliced hot dogs on top.
  5. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
